THE RIGHTEOUS WAY TO CELEBRATE

HIGH HOLY DAYS

Why do we celebrate the Feasts of the Lord?

After being disconnected from our heritage, many fell into false religions and the celebration of pagan traditions. Now that we have awakened to the truth, we are returning to the righteous ways of the Lord by observing His holy feasts and keeping His commandments.

  • Levicitcus 23:1-4 “And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts. 3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings. 4 These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.”

  • Matthew 26:17-18 “Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover? 18 And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples.”

Acts 2:1 “And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.”

  • Acts 20:16 “For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost.”

  • Zechariah 14:16 “And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.”
